How to Assign keyboard shortcuts to Desktop Applications // Suggestions

**Important: You need Administrative Permissions**

On your Dekstop screen:
1) Windows Symbol + name of app
2) Suggestion list shows:
3) Left click on the desired app
4) Open File Location
5) File Explorer window opens
6) Right Click once on app (This will highlight it)
7) Left click to open menu
8) Properties
9) on the Tabs select Shortcut (if not already)
10) Shortcut Key: press the combination of keys of your desire.
11) 'Ok'

Congrats, Now you cant delete the desktop shortcut and clean that mess. This improves Reboot time, but most of all it cuts time when you need to open & close the same apps frequently w/out the need to look for them.
Note: Do NOT press the combination twice, or several windows will open. wait 5sec to open.

How to use it?
Think of the most representative letter(s) for your program/App, and assign one hand for it/those
with your other hand reach for the most comfortable code keys: Alt, Ctrl, Shift, Fn, etc
Avoid pre-assign commands such as Ctrl+C, Ctrl+P and the like, Windows 10 and 8 wont let you use the most common ones, but there  might be other programs such as chrome that might have conflict with your shortcuts. Some trial and error will be needed.

Example
I want to open a word document, and i think "W" is the most representative since its easy to recall.
With my left hand i reach for the "w" while with the right hand I reach for Alt+Shift

Doing it as the example above makes it easier to use, and helps with the issue of remembering, Although i found it nice to write it down in NotePad on the desktop while i got used to it.
